The HR Association India, HRAI, is probably the largest HR forum of India with over 23000 members across the country. The aim of HR Association India is to keep HR Professionals updated on latest tools and technologies in the field of Human Resources from the world over.

HRAI is presently working on school connect program where it envisions to bridge the gap between schooling and world of work by giving student Direct Access to the World of work. In this initiative the teachers would also be trained on future of work workplace and workforce.
HRAI is now going International by opening chapters in adjacent countries to help HR Professionals their with the knowledge base it has developed
